Real-world reading for life beyond education.
Data that evidences learning.

Young people leave education and step into a world that demands strong communication, problem-solving and the ability to engage with complex issues.

Now, our new, time-saving assessment tools will track engagement, critical thinking skills and real-world knowledge.

Helping young people become informed, confident and capable adults.

The Day empowers post-16 success

Engage EVERY learner through real-world articles in three different levels

Sixth form: Stretch and depth

  • Stretch and challenge learners through expert real-world content
  • Strengthen critical thinking and analytical writing for exams and coursework
  • Support enrichment, EPQ and independent learning
  • Build intellectual curiosity for higher education and the workplace

Our students use The Day for reliable research, vital in the age of increasingly unreliable news, and our 6th form students are particularly making use of it in their EPQ work.

FE: Access and progress

  • Re-engage learners through accessible, relevant, student-centred stories
  • Build confidence in reading, discussion and comprehension
  • Supports GCSE resits and ESOL development
  • Support personal development, strengthen life skills and build work readiness

For ESOL learners, lower reading ages and diverse student cohorts, The Day is pitched at exactly the right level  accessible, relevant and engaging.
