Partners
We work with visionary partners to unlock children’s potential
Our goal:
Empower one million young people to develop the active literacy and oracy skills they need to truly find their voice.
Partner with us to help your brand thrive.
Disengagement in reading, digital distraction and disconnection are having a devastating effect on young people’s mental health and work readiness. Through our news-led education programmes we place brands at the heart of learning experiences that are social, relevant and develop a sense of agency.
BrainWaves
We work with BrainWaves to create and build one of the biggest school-based mental health and wellbeing initiatives for 11-18 year olds in the UK. It’s a long-term research and education collaboration between the University of Oxford (a registered charity), Swansea University and The Day.
“ The Day has been instrumental in the development of BrainWaves and its audience. The team’s innovative approach to education and their expertise in school engagement have delivered results way beyond our expections.”
John Gallacher, Prof. of Cognitive Health, Oxford University
Previous Partners
LEGO® Build the Change
Together with the LEGO Group’s Build the Change social impact initiative, we inspired over 241,626 young people to explore sustainability issues in the news as they took on real-world challenges, developed life skills through play, and voiced their creative ideas for a better future.
Celebration Day
We inspired hundreds of children to get involved in Celebration Day through an annual writing competition for schools, creating celebratory stories from young people about amazing people in history.
